Dodgers Can’t Stop Spending
The Dodgers just dropped a cool $25.7 million for the rights to negotiate with a star South Korean pitcher. This comes just after they took on millions in the bad contracts of Carl Crawford and Josh “I can do whatever I want on my day off” Beckett, as well as signing a Cuban player to a long-term $42 million contract.
With all this money being spent, they sure as heck better be good, or they will be in big, big trouble. People who doubted that they would have paid all of Cliff Lee’s salary or even Ryan Howard for that matter, should doubt no more.
